All Drinks Summary

Here is a list of all the drinks with ratios and how many mls of milk per drink type.


Ristretto - 1:1.5 ratio with 20g of coffee = 30mls extracted coffee.


Espresso - 1: 2 ratio with 20g of coffee = 40mls extracted coffee.


Americano - Take client hot water so he can pour his own.


Cortardo - Add 40 mls, 80 mls or 100mls of milk (ask client what version).


Flat White -    1:3 ratio = 120 mls of milk.
Cappuccino - 1:3.5 ratio = 140 mls of milk.
Latte -             1:4 ratio = 160 mls of milk.


Iced Coffee (Flavoured) - 1:3.5 ratio = 140 mls of milk.
